COVID-19 TN Case Count June 2, 2020

The confirmed COVID-19 case count for Tennessee is now 24,375 as of June 2, 2020 (up 821 from Monday), including 381 deaths (up 14), 1,792 hospitalizations and 15,916 recovered (up 352 since Monday).
-Cumberland County COVID-19 Update; 38 active cases (up 1 from previous day); 118 tested positive (up 2 from previous day); 79 recovered (up 1 from previous day)
-Putnam Co. reports 507 (up 11 from Monday); 248 recovered (up 7 from Monday)
-Rhea County COVID-19 cases 214 (up 4 from Sunday) with 157 recovered (up 21 from Monday).
-Bledsoe County 609 cases (up 1); 605 recovered (up 1) and 1 death.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has temporarily halted distribution of the free COVID-19 masks following a news report raising safety concerns about an anti-microbial agent used to treat the black, knitted cloth coverings.
