According to the Cumberland County Sheriff?s Office Deputies were dispatched to Bell road of a claim of theft by deception. The victim stated back in April she made arrangements to repair her roof that had damages from a tornado. The roof repairman requested an $1,500 check in order to get started he then cashed it but never returned to repair the roof. The victim has made numerous calls to the man but has not been able to get a response. The Victim believes he has no intentions of repairing the roof. A Suspect has been named for the case.
