Deputies were dispatched to Red Fox Road for a report of a hit and run. On arrival deputies charged and arrested Kacie Hughes for resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving with no license. Ms. Hughes was driving a black SUV ran a stop sign and ran into the back of the victims Mustang.
