The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office continues seeking the whereabouts of 57 year-old Arnold "Chigger" Vaughn, Jr., a resident of Monterey, Tennessee, who was reported missing on Friday, July 31st by a neighbor. Mr. Vaughn, Jr. is a white male and was last seen Monday, July 27th at his residence, wearing blue jeans and a tan shirt. He is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with reddish hair and blue eyes. If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Arnold "Chigger" Vaughn, Jr., please contact the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office at 931-528-8484, ext. 1 to speak with Dispatch. A reward is being offered. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is now looking into this case as a potential criminal investigation.
