One Killed, One Injured In Rhea Co. Crash Wednesday Night

One person was killed and another injured following a two vehicle crash in Rhea County Wednesday night. According to reports, a witness says that 59-year-old Bradley Gabehart, of Chattanooga, was traveling recklessly on U.S. 27 near Jackson Road. Gabehart struck a Jeep driven by 65-year-old Randal Gibbs, of Spring City. Mr. Gibbs died at the scene and Mr. Gabehart was airlifted to an area hospital. According to the THP, Gabehart’s license had been revoked and charges are pending in the case.
