The Livingston Police Department and Overton County Sheriff’s Department have been working together to follow up on a possible lead of two suspects that are wanted in connection with a double homicide in Monroe County, Kentucky that happened this past Sunday.
The suspects are identified as 29 year old Edward Whitledge of California and 28 year old Kayla Spivey of the Hilham Community of Clay County. It is possible that they are driving a black Nissan Altima with TN Tag # DP68781.
Law Enforcement is aware of Kayla Spivey’s work history in Overton County.
There is no indication that these fugitives are in Overton County or the City of Livingston at this time. Our officers will be out in force and are prepared to follow up on any information that could lead to their whereabouts.
Authorities are asking the public to report any suspicious activity or any information related to the whereabouts of these individuals or the suspect vehicle. Please if you see these individuals, do not approach them, please call LPD at 931-823-6496 or OCSD at 931-823-5635 or 911.
