A crash in Crab Orchard involving a dump truck left two people with injuries. It happened Monday around 10 a.m. on Highway 70 East at Market Street. According to Trooper Chris Bennett’s preliminary report, 44-year-old Rebecca Anne Phillips, of Amity, Arkansas, was driving a Honda Civic north on Market Street and was attempting to cross over Highway 70 East when she failed to yield and pulled out into the path of a dump truck driven by 62-year-old Mark Ronald Grebner, of Crossville. The dump truck struck the car and overturned. Mr. Grebner was injured. Ms. Phillips was also hurt and has been charged with failure to exercise due care and failure to yield.
