Cumb. Co. Mayor Foster Declares Oct. 23-31 Red Ribbon Week

Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster has signed a proclamation declaring October 23-31, 2020 as Red Ribbon Week, a nationwide campaign to support families and communities in nurturing the full potential of healthy, drug free youth. The TAD Center & Cumberland Co. Rising have partnered together to sponsor the event locally. Please wear red during the week to show support for the drug-free effort in our community.
