Two people were injured early Tuesday morning after crashing on I-40 in Cumberland County. According to Trooper William Morgan’s report, shortly after 4am, 58-year-old David Clutter, of Shawnee, Oklahoma was driving west in a 2019 Volvo truck tractor when he ran off the left side of the road at the 337 mile marker. The truck hit several standing trees before coming to rest in the median. Mr. Clutter and his passenger, 61-year-old Larry Treat, also of Shawnee, Oklahoma, were both injured and transported to a nearby hospital.
