LONESTAR MOUNTAIN UNIT CLOSED TO NON-HUNTING ACTIVITY

TWRA reminds patrons of the Lonestar Mountain Unit of Luper Mountain Wildlife Management Area (WMA), that all non-hunting activities must cease during big game hunts. Big game hunting regulations can be found in the Tennessee Hunting and Trapping Guide. The Lonestar Mountain Unit located off Hebbertsburg Road, in Cumberland County is often used by OHV riders. Special use of the area by non-hunting patrons is permitted outside of big game hunts by those possessing a valid hunting and fishing license and a WMA permit.
