The Cumberland County Animal Shelter recently celebrated the opening of their Dog Run. The materials to build the Dog Run were purchased with a generous donation from Cumberland County resident Judy Paulsen in honor of her daughter. A sign posted on the fence reads "Kelley’s Park – For The Love Of Dogs". The labor to build the park was done by the Cumberland County Maintenance Department and county trustees.
