The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has released the identity of the fisherman who went missing below Ft. Loudoun Dam following a boating incident. Around 10am Saturday, Eric Mowery, (51), of Heiskell, Tennessee disappeared after the fiberglass boat he was fishing from was pulled into the cascading water from the dam?s spillway. The boat capsized sending both Mowery and 44-year-old Steven D. Music, of Jellico, Tennessee, into the treacherous waters. Wildlife officers say both occupants were wearing personal flotation devices. Mr. Musick went underwater several times but was pulled to safety by nearby fishermen, while Mowery went under and never resurfaced. The boat was pulled into falling water from the spillway but washed out and has been recovered with heavy damage. As of Monday afternoon, search teams had covered about 12 miles of the river.
