The City of Crossville has launched new software to manage all permitting and inspections. The software is an online-based program called "My Government Online" (MGO). As of December 1, the City of Crossville is accepting online permits through MGO. You can still apply in person for a permit. However, whether you apply online or in person, you will need to create an account on My Government Online. The website can be found at this link: https://www.mygovernmentonline.org/ If you need further assistance you can call 1-866-957-3764 (Mon- Fri: 7AM- 6PM CST). The call center is open 24 hours a day for messages. All projects started before December 1, 2020 will be completed with the City?s current software. For inspections, questions, and/ or issues concerning projects prior to December 1, 2020, please contact the Crossville Codes Department at 931-456-1830. For projects started after December 1, 2020, applications, permits and inspections will be completed through My Government Online.
