A Pickett County Man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a Putnam County man. On Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:41 am, Putnam County Deputies arrived on the scene of a 911 call on Ball Hill Road, in the southern part of Putnam County. Sheriff Eddie Farris said when Deputies arrived they found Terrance Denver Madondo of Nashville, Tennessee in critical condition as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. Madondo was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital. A second individual at the scene, 38-year-old Jared Lee Bandy of Byrdstown, Tennessee was arrested for Attempted Second Degree Murder and placed in the Putnam County Jail on a $250,000 bond. Investigators believe the shooting is a result of a domestic dispute.
