The neighbor of the man accused of setting off a bomb in downtown Nashville on December 25 has recalled an eerie conversation he had with the suspect just days before the tragic incident.  Rick Laude said he saw Anthony Quinn Warner at the mailbox outside of his home less than a week before Christmas.  Mr. Laude says he asked Warner “Is Santa going to bring you anything good for Christmas?”  Laude says Warner replied with a smile, “Oh, yeah, Nashville and the world is never going to forget me.”  Warner died in the blast but authorities have yet to reveal a motive for the bombing.  It’s being reported that Warner signed over his house to a woman about a month before the bombing.  He also reportedly gave away a vehicle and told the recipient he had cancer.  Prior to Friday’s bombing, Warner’s record appears to be clean except for a 1978 arrest on a marijuana related charge.
