Now that deer season has comes to a close, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency wants to say THANK YOU to the hunters who have submitted deer for CWD sampling. TWRA reports 472 positives so far this year, bringing the cumulative total for Tennessee to 1,150. Staff, processors, and taxidermists have already sampled over 17,475 animals this year across the state, with pending results to follow.
