The CCHS teams started the second half of their District schedules with home games against Sequatchie County Friday night. The Lady Jets improved to 5 and 0 in District play with a 63-32 win over the Lady Indians. The Jets are now 4 and 1 in District action as they defeated the Indians 71-45. Cumberland County hit seven 3-pointers in the first quarter. CCHS had games scheduled Monday at Clarkrange, but that action has been rescheduled for February 4th. The next District action for CCHS is Friday night, January 29th as they travel to Marion County. The District action will air live on 102.5 WOW COUNTRY.
Stone Memorial High School was originally scheduled to host Clarkrange Saturday (1/23); those games have been rescheduled for Saturday, January 30th. SMHS will host White County on Tuesday (1/26) in District Action. The Lady Panthers game with the Warriorettes will tip at 6:00 and live coverage airs beginning at 5:55 on Mix 99.3.
