Inmate Dies After Fight At Prison in Mountain City, TN

One inmate is dead and two others are injured after a fight at a prison in Mountain City, Tennessee.    The altercation happened Sunday at the Northeast Correctional Complex in Johnson County and involved several prisoners.  Three inmates were sent to a medical facility for treatment and one later died from his injuries.  The Tennessee Department of Corrections Office and the TBI are investigating the incident.
