Gov. Lee Lifts Heating Fuel Transportation Restrictions

To help keep homes and businesses warm during this latest round of wintry weather, Tennessee Governor Lee has issued an execute order lifting certain restrictions pertaining to the transportation of heating fuel.  Executive Order 76 temporarily lifts regulations that limit how long a driver can work when carrying heating supplies and utility crews. It will stay in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 26.  Governor Lee tweeted the Order ensures an uninterrupted supply of heating fuel by allowing maximum transportation flexibility for the energy sector.
