The Tennessee Housing Development Agency COVID-19 Rent Relief program call center is now open! If you have questions about the program, please go online to thda.org/covidrentrelief and look at the frequently asked questions on the THDA program page. If you have further questions, please feel free to call the help line at 844-500-1112. The Tennessee Housing Development Agency will not be accepting COVID-19 Rent Relief applications until March 1, 2021. Because funding for this program is limited, THDA encourages all interested applicants to apply as soon as possible. The program will continue until all funds have been reserved or expended or until the term allowed for the program funds to be distributed has expired.
