Tennessee Volunteer Freshman Guard Keon Johnson announced Wednesday morning that he will be declaring for the 2021 NBA Draft, WVLT Reports. Keon will join his fellow Volunteer Guard Jaden Springer in going to the big leagues. Johnson was named to the SEC’s All-Freshman Team and averaged 11.3 points per game along with 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. Keon said in a statement on Twitter, “Tennessee has the most supportive fans in the country,” Johnson went on to say, “Although my time in Knoxville was short, I loved every minute of it. Rocky Top, you’ll always be… (you know the rest!)”. Keon Johnson is listed as the number 6 draft prospect in ESPN’s Top 100.
