Survivors include Husband Douglas Lewis, Daughter Lisa Back, Mother Rose Brown, Grandchildren Sydney Parrish, Leanne Back, Ashton Back, Great-Grandchildren Brantley Parrish, Liam Parrish, and Abel Parrish, Sisters Tina Cordell, Margaret Davis, Christine Lawson, Glenna Dodson, and Kay Dunn, and Brothers Glen Coon, Tom Coon, and Allen Brown. Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
