The Crossville Chronicle reports that Criminal Court Judge Gary McKenzie has ruled that Warren John Nostrom is competent to stand trial. Nostrom, age 75, was charged in the shooting death of his estranged wife and her alleged boyfriend at the Cumberland County School Bus Garage in 2018. A trial date of September 14th has been set.
