Unknown Lady “Maria” Allegedly Steals Entire Building

Last Tuesday, authorities received a call from a Madisonville man claiming his barn was stolen.  The victim, Stephen Adcock, stated that he previously lived at 346 Eli Ford Road in Crossville until about two months ago (when he moved to Madisonville).

While living in Crossville, Adcock purchased a 10ft by 20ft Amish built, barn shaped, wood building with barn doors, and an additional door with a porch on the side of the building, from Titan LLC in Crossville.

Due to Adcock’s contract with Titan, the building could not be moved without their permission, and without Titan doing the move.  Adcock says he made arrangements with Titan to move the building to his residence in Madisonville on July 5th, but prior to that date received a phone call from a friend stating the building was no longer at the property.

Adcock suspects the building to have been stolen between the dates of June 24th and June 28th.  He also suspects the perpetrator to be the current property owner “Maria”, but he does not know her last name.  Adcock’s personal belongings were not left in the barn, valuing the stolen building at $4500.
