Rockwood Resident Arrested for Trespassing and Public Intoxication

According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were called to Westel Loop for an incohenrent male attempting to enter a residence. The owner of the residence stated they were eating supper when the male was attepmting to enter the resedence. The victim obtained their pistol to defend themselves if the male made it in. After the male knocked over a flower pot and enter the garage with out permission he exited and the male walked off.  While en route, Dispacth advised the Deputies that the male left and was walking towards the greenhouses. A witness also told Dispatch that the male stated that law enforcement would have to kill him.

When one of the Deputies made contact with the male subject they presented a less lethal shotgun and order the male to the ground, to which he complied and was taken into custody.

The male identified as Sean Eken was not making coherent statements when talking to Deputies. He contiuously begged them not to kill him and offered the Deputies $20,000 and 50 pounds of marijuana if they didn’t kill him.

Mr. Eken told Deputies that he had ingested methamphetamine and said it was more than his normal amount. EMS arrivaed but was unable to run a vitals check. They advised the male was alert and speaking which as far as they could take it at that point.

Sean Eken was arresyed for Public Intoxication and Aggravated Criminal Trespass. When they arrived to intake Sean’s axctions prompted corrections staff to immediately place him in the suicide cell.
