Cumberland County played host to DeKalb County in District games on Friday. The Lady Jets improved to 3 and 1 in the District, as they rolled to a 59-36 victory over the Lady Tigers. The Jets scored 50 points in the second half and posted a 76-70 win over the Tigers as they improved to 3 and 1 in District play. The next District action on the schedule for CCHS is Tuesday, January 18th as Cumberland County will entertain White County High School. The District games air live on 102.5 WOW COUNTRY.
The SMHS Panthers and Lady Panthers are set to return to District action on Tuesday, January 18th, with a road trip to Livingston Academy. The District games Tuesday will air live on Mix 99.3.
