Cumberland County played host to Livingston Academy on Tuesday. The teams split their two games. The Lady Jets game with the Lady Wildcats needed two overtimes to decide a winner as Livingston Academy recorded a 47-42 victory. In the final game of the night the Jets posted a 50-39 win over the Wildcats.
The Stone Memorial High School Panthers and Lady Panthers traveled to Upperman High School for District games Tuesday. The Lady Panthers dropped a 63-40 decision to the Lady Bees. The Panthers picked up a District road win as they beat Upperman 54-50.
Next up, Friday, February 4th the SMHS teams will travel to Macon County and the CCHS teams will celebrate Homecoming as they entertain Upperman. Catch the Panthers and Lady Panthers games on Mix 99.3 and the CCHS games are on 102.5 WOW COUNTRY.
