Memorial Services for Charlotte Ann Lewis, age 73 of Crossville, will be conducted Friday, June 10th at 12:00 PM at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Green Acres Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 10th from 10:00 AM to 12:00PM at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include Husband Pugh Lewis, Children Jerry McAnally, Terry McAnally, Chuck Lewis, Leslie Letner and Jason Lewis. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
