Early Morning Wreck On Main Street Crossville Results In DUI Arrest

A crash on Main Street in Crossville early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a man suspected of DUI.  According to reports, officers were called to a single-vehicle accident near McDonald’s after midnight where they found a pick-up truck flipped on its side. The driver was identified as 32-year-old Tyler Cameron Flowers of Crossville.  Inside the truck, officers found a loaded 9mm handgun and over 17 grams of mushrooms which were sent to the TBI for testing.  Mr. Flowers was taken to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Possession of a Hangun While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
