An elderly woman was in critical condition after her truck fell from a parking garage at a hospital in Nashville on Wednesday. It happened just before noon at Saint Thomas Midtown hospital. Police say the 73-year-old woman’s truck fell from the 4th deck of the Heritage garage onto its roof. She was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries. Metro police said there were no signs of impairment and she was wearing her seat belt. Her name was not immediately made public and the accident remains under investigation.
