Nashville Metro Police say the woman whose vehicle fell from a parking garage on August 10 has died from her injuries. Police say 73-year-old Patsy Pinckard, of Centerville, was pulling into a parking spot on the fourth floor of a Saint Thomas Midtown parking garage when, for unknown reasons, her Tacoma went through the cable barriers and plunged to the ground below. Pinckard was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she died from her injuries on Thursday, August 18, 2022. Police say they found no signs of impairment at the scene.
