A Cleveland man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted an employee at the Crossville Walmart. Police say the employee saw the man, later identified as 22-year-old Logan Dewayne Gibby, conceal a beard trimmer in his hoodie. He reportedly passed all points of sale and attempted to leave the store. The employee says when she attempted to apprehend the man, he grabbed both of her arms, digging his nails into her arm and shoved her. Gibby then ran off behind Burkes into a wooded area. After viewing video of the incident, Police located Mr. Gibby at the Methodist Campground where he was taken into custody. Gibby was arrested and charged with theft of merchandise, assault, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
