A celebration of Life for Howard L. Mercer, age 90 of Crossville, TN, who passed away on September 23, will be held at First United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 1, at 2PM. Burial will follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00PM prior to the service. Survivors include his wife Frieda Barber Mercer, son Howard Littleton Mercer, Jr., daughters Manda Mercy Holder and Melissa Mercer Cain, daughter-in-law Jelene George Mercer, six grandchildren, and eight great grand children. Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
