Family Dogs Kill 5-Month-Old Boy, 2-Year-Old Girl In Memphis, Critically Injure Their Mother

Family dogs attacked and killed a 5-month-old boy and a 2-year-old girl at their Memphis home Wednesday afternoon. The young children were pronounced deceased at the scene and their mother was hospitalized in critical conditon.  Shelby County Sheriff Public Information Officer John Morris said both dogs appeared to be Pitbulls and were taken by animal control.  The investigation is ongoing.
