According to the Crossville City Manage report, sales tax collections for the city were at $1.02 million for the latest reporting period, which includes money collected in October 2022. For the year-to-date sales tax revenue is up by almost 20%. Wholesale beer taxes collected were $65,000 for the period, down slightly from last year, while collections from the Hotel Occupancy Tax continue to outpace previous years. For the year to date the city has collected $127,000.
