Thursday night at Stone Memorial High School took a step forward in crowning a district champion. All four teams in the District Alcoa High School, Samuel Everett School of Innovation, Cumberland County High School, and Stone Memorial High School were present for the the dual meets.

After last night the two front runners for the District championship are Alcoa and Samuel Everett and they have qualified for the Regional Championship duals after locking down the top two spots. Stone Memorial finished 3rd in the district this year and Cumberland County finished 4th. SESI and Alcoa will decide a District Champion on Monday as they clash in a dual meet
