Two Woodmere Mall Businesses Heavily Damaged In Fire Monday Evening

Two businesses in Woodmere Mall were heavily damaged by fire Monday evening.  The Crossville Fire Department was called to reports of heavy smoke at the Blush Salon after 5pm. The Cumberland County Fire Department along with volunteers were called in to assist. Firefighters contained the blaze to Blush Salon and Dollar General and it was out before 7pm.  There were no immediate reports of injuries. Crossville Fire Chief Chris South says they are still investigating the cause, but hope to have a determination later today.
