Rhea County Man Charged In Shooting Death Of Neighbor

A Rhea County man has been charged in the shooting death of his neighbor. Jackie Goss was taken into custody after Roy Hickman, Jr. was found fatally shot in the driveway of a Dayton home Friday night.  WTVC reports that Goss is currently charged with criminal negligent homicide.  The Rhea County Sheriff’s office did not immediately release details surrounding the deadly shooting.
