A driver on Genesis road was lucky to escape injury after he struck a downed tree around 12:30 Friday afternoon. According to the THP, 39-year-old Craig D. LeBlanc was driving a 2013 Toyota Prius south on Genesis when he wrecked near Roy Taylor Road. Mr. LeBlanc was wearing a seat belt.
