Missing 12-Year-Old Cumberland County Girl Found Safe

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office reports that a missing 12-year-old Cumberland County girl has been found safe.  The alert went out Saturday that the child had taken off on foot around 2pm from a residence on Bud Tanner Road.  It was believed the child and her non-custodial father had plans to meet and leave the state. The Sheriff’s office posted on Facebook that the girl has been found safe but not provide details on how she was located.
