The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office discovered large amounts of drugs, cash and weapons last week while serving outstanding warrants at a Thurman Lavender Road location in Deer Lodge. According to the department’s Facebook post, officers found approximately 6.7 pounds of Meth and over $65,000 cash “believed to be drug money”. Numerous weapons were also seized. Dallas Lavender, age 64, and Stephanie Williams, age 50, were reportedly taken into custody on multiple charges.
Sheriff Potter thanked Narcotics Officer CJ Porter, Assistant Chief Keith Hawkins, Investigator Brad Aytes, Captain Kenny Morgan, Deputy Sarah Jo Posey and TDOC apprehension team Lance Stephens, Elizabeth Baldwin and Daniel Shields.
