Cumberland Plateau Water Authority to accept proposals for banking services

The Cumberland Plateau Water Authority met for their monthly session on Monday. Members approved a motion to extend request for proposals for banking services. The board also created a sub-committee to review submissions to be approved at the June meeting. Chairman Greg Hanson also noted that a $500,000 loan from the Crab Orchard Utility District was recently approved by the state comptroller office. The Authority’s next regular meeting is set for June 5th.
