Law Enforcement, First Responder Recognized At Star Life Awards Banquet

On its Facebook page the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office has announced that  Sheriff Casey Cox, Investigator Tom Howard, Investigator Mitchell Ward, Sergeant Rick Lanzilotta, Firefighter Braeden Adams, and former Deputy and now TBI Agent Tyler Yoder were recently honored at the Star Life Awards Banquet in Nashville, along with first responders from other agencies.  They were recognized for their quick thinking and heroic actions during a recent incident when Jason Lanzilotta was critically injured. Thanks to their skills and dedication, Jason is now doing well and on the road to recovery.
