Two people were injured in an off-road accident around 5pm Saturday near the Creston area of Cumberland County. The male and female reportedly overturned their side-by-side in the woods. The female was able to lead first responders to their general location via cell phone. Rescuers began the search for the couple off Shoemake Road but were hindered by the rugged terrain. By around 5:45pm first responders were planning to transport the injured male on a side-by-side to an area accessible by helicopter. Around 6:15pm the male was loaded into an Erlanger Health Life Force helicopter and in the air before 6:30pm.
