UPDATE! Clay County EMS Back Operational

Clay County Emergency Management reports that Clay County ambulance service is back operational after about 20 EMS employees walked out on Monday.  Clay County now has two primary EMS units ready to respond to calls at this time.  Emergency Management thanked County Mayor Dale Reagan and the Commissioners for working out the issue. They also thanked Overton, Macon and Jackson County EMS for assisting in covering ambulance calls until the matter was resolved.
