Tennessee marked its 12th boating fatality of the year Sunday evening. TWRA officials say 59-year-old John Michael Curley Jr. died after his jet ski hit a boat near Black Fox Access Area in Granger County. TWRA is investigating the crash and will present their findings to the DA to determine if charges should be filed.
