A Rutherford County woman has been indicted in the death of a child. Cherl L. Bodily, age 34, faces First Degree Murder charges and two counts of Aggravated Child Abuse. Bodily remains behind bars on a $500,000 bond. Her arraignment is set for September 8, 2023.
