Cumberland County High School’s New Auditorium “Officially” Breaks Ground

Aug 30, 2023 | 5:37 PM

While site preparation has been going on for some months now, the ground has “officially” been broken for Cumberland County High School’s new auditorium.  In April, the Cumberland County Board of Education held a Special-Called meeting and voted to accept a $10.8 million bid from Lee Adcock Construction.  The project is expected to take 18 months. Once complete, CCHS will have a new 1,200 seat, stand-alone auditorium with stage, costume changing and storage rooms. The new auditorium is partially located in the parking lot and has eliminated the tennis courts at Cumberland County High School. (Photo courtesy Cumberland County Schools, Crossville, TN Facebook)
