Traffic was stalled for hours during the Monday morning commute on 127 North in Cumberland County after a semi collided with a car at Tabor Loop. TDOT Smartway reports the accident happened around 7am CT. Around 9:15am the TDOT Smartway map showed 127 North back open for motorists in both directions. Peg Broadcasting had not received the accident report at the time of this posting.
