Kevin Poore appointed as substitute municipal judge

The Crossville City Council has approved the nomination of Kevin Poore as a back-up judge for the Crossville Municipal Court. Poore will also be serving as the Administrative Hearing Officer. In that position, Poore will hear cases involving building code and property maintenance violations.
